Welcome to Grizzly Custom Tackle.

We are based out of Kalispell Montana, just north of beautiful Flathead Lake.

Like most fishermen, I am always looking for the next “idea” that will catch more fish. It may be the lure, the bait, the rod, etc. In that spirit, I started tying my own flies and making my own tackle. A couple of years ago, I started making tackle for my son, who is a guide on Flathead Lake. We found the tackle I created to work well. So kept making those things that worked and trying new things.

The focus has been mostly on Lake Trout, Whitefish, and perch, but I’m willing to try new things, that’s half the fun anyways.
